Delete your data

In the app, deleting is instant: Profile → Settings → your account → Delete account. Without the app, ask us below and we do it within one month.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address and your Apple or Google sign-in.
• Your plan: goals, milestones, tasks, habits and settings.
• Your chat, its photos, your feedback and your connections.

What may be kept

Your emails to our support, crash reports, usage statistics not tied to your account, backup copies and the records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons may be kept for a limited time.

This opens your email app with the request ready. Nothing is sent until you send it.
